Error 380

"Run Time Error 380"  

If you receive "Run Time Error 380" when trying to open the Quick&Easy program installed to Windows 98/NT/2000 or XP, you do not have a printer driver installed.  Although you do not physically need a printer connected to your computer, you do need a driver set in Windows.  Please follow steps below: 

1.      Go to Start > Settings > Printers, OR Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. 

2.    Select Add Printer and walk through the printer wizard to add a printer.  For more Help on adding a printer driver please refer to your Windows Help 

 

Windows Vista / Windows7 users: 

If you receive "Run Time Error 380" when trying to open the Quick&Easy program on your Vista/Windows7 computer, please do the following: 

1.      Right-click the Quick&Easy icon and select Run as Administrator. 

2.      Once the Quick&Easy program opens, you will need to close it. 

3.      Double-click the Quick&Easy icon.  The program should open without error from this point on.
