Unexpected Error

"Unexpected error; quitting"  

If you receive "Unexpected error; quitting" when trying to open the Quick&Easy program on your Vista/Windows7 computer, please do the following: 

1.      Click OK to close the error message 

2.      Right-click the Quick&Easy icon and select Run as Administrator. 

3.      If this is the first time getting your program to run on your computer, you will need to enter the Quick&Easy Administrator and activate your program with your License information.  

4.      Once you have activated your program and you are ready to run the Quick&Easy program, you will need to Right-click the Quick&Easy icon and select Run as Administrator. 

5.      Once the Quick&Easy program opens, you will need to close it.  Now you should be able to double-click the Quick&Easy icon to get into the program from this point on.
